The Yom Ha’atzmaut Community Festival is back at Caulfield Racecourse in 2021!
After a challenging year in 2020, our Independence Day celebration will once again return to a physical event.
Families are encouraged to dress up and come along in celebration of Israel’s 73rd year of independence, with the event set to host a wide range of incredible festival food, activities and entertainment.
For the children, COVID-19 safe rides and activities, including laser tag, roller-coasters and jumping castles will be on offer.
Later in the evening, around 7:30, a Friends of Shalom and Arik live concert is set to take place, with a 16-piece band made up of some of the most talented musicians our community has to offer, as well as some special guests you won’t want to miss.
Food and drinks will also be in high demand, with local distributors coming together to create a Tel Aviv style food market with all your favourite Israeli selections on offer.
Our 2021 Festival is a COVID-19 safe event. QR code registration will be required on entry, in addition to pre-registration which can be filled below. PPE and sanitisation stations will be available on site.
Regular updates will be distributed via our website and social media regarding any changes to event timing or restrictions.
For large-scale events, DHHS and the Victorian Government require that events be ticketed.
Registration for our Yom Ha’atzmaut Festival is free, but will be required for entry.
