The Lamm Jewish Library of Australia Annual Appeal

The Lamm Jewish Library of Australia announces its Annual Appeal, which will take place 22 May – 4 June 2015.

The Lamm Jewish Library of Australia is Melbourne’s centre of knowledge and information on all things pertaining to Jewish life and Israel. 

The library offers a wide range of daily activities that span the needs of our diverse community from a “Daf Shiur” to book clubs and from Hebrew story time to Israel Studies’ courses for adults. On visiting the LJLA, one meets a wide range of visitors from all over Melbourne, of various ages and of all religions. It is truly a place of inspiration and learning where each member of staff endeavours to ensure that the requests and needs of its clientele.

In part supported by the Zionist Council of Victoria, the LJLA is dependent on the generosity of its supporters in order to continue to provide the excellent programs and services which the community has come to expect and enjoy.

Volunteers are being sought to make phone calls and assist with the appeal. Please contact the library at 9272 5611 if you are able to help.
