For many around the world, one of the most frustrating aspects of the situation is the seeming inability to help – even in some small way. And while we may not be able to stop homicide bombers, we can still take action to lift Israel’s spirits and to help it contend with an increasingly uncertain situation. Even if our actions do not appear to influence the overall outcome of events, at the very least we can succeed in re-energising ourselves and the providing much needed moral support to the people of Israel.
Some of the strategies suggested here are things we can all do immediately – others take more effort. Take the time to read through this list, and do whatever you can.
